Warranty Policy

1. Limited Warranty

Thank you for purchasing the PowerWill Product.

At PowerWill, we combine years of industry expertise with innovation to deliver durable, high-performance inspection tools trusted by professionals. Every unit undergoes strict quality control to ensure reliability on the job.

This product is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

To maintain coverage, always follow the operating, safety, and maintenance instructions in this manual.

 

2. Extent of Warranty

During the warranty period, PowerWill will, at its sole discretion and at no cost to you:

· Repair the defective part(s) with new or refurbished components.

· Replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished unit.

· Refund the current fair market value if repair or replacement is not possible.

 

3. Conditions of Warranty

Void Warranty Actions

Your warranty will be void if:

· The camera head, cable reel, control unit, or any system component is disassembled or modified without authorization.

You cannot provide proof of purchase, such as the original invoice or order confirmation.

 

Return Procedure

This warranty is a Return-to-Base Warranty.

1. Contact PowerWill Support to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

2. Ship the unit prepaid to the Texas Service Center (see address below).

3. PowerWill will cover the return shipping cost to any address within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Important: Shipments without an RA number will be refused.

4. Warranty Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PowerWill’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product. PowerWill is not responsible for:

· Loss of income, project delays, or job-site downtime.

· Damage to other equipment or property.

· Incidental or consequential damages arising from product failure.

 

 

5. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

· Damage caused by:

Improper operation, storage, or maintenance.

Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or third-party accessories.

Environmental factors (e.g., corrosion, flooding, extreme temperatures).

Accidents, neglect, or misuse (e.g., exceeding rated pipe depths or pressures).

· Consumables and wear items, including:

Camera lenses, O-rings, seals, push rods, guide rollers.

Batteries and display screens.

Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or abrasions.

6. How to File a Warranty Claim

To start a warranty claim:

1. Contact PowerWill Support to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

2. Prepare your shipment including:

The original purchase invoice.

Your RA number.

A detailed description of the problem.

3. Ship the prepaid unit to:
