Shipping Time

Order processing

After payment is confirmed, we prepare your order for shipment. If additional verification or address confirmation is needed, processing may take longer.

Transit estimate

U.S. shipments generally arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch. If a local warehouse is temporarily out of stock, delivery may be extended while inventory is transferred or shipped from another warehouse.

Carrier selection

We choose the carrier that best supports safe and efficient delivery for your order. Common carriers may include DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other express services depending on the destination.

Address and Destination Notes

Correct delivery details matter

Please make sure the delivery name, phone number, street address, city, state, ZIP code, and email address are complete and accurate. Missing or incorrect information may delay dispatch or delivery.

PO Boxes and remote areas

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Delivery to remote areas, islands, freight-forwarding addresses, or non-U.S. destinations may require extra confirmation before shipment.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order before it has shipped or entered final production. If the order is canceled before shipment, we will issue a refund according to the payment method and store policy. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it, but our support team can help with tracking, delivery questions, returns, or other next steps.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking email

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Track Order
If the package has not arrived after the expected delivery window, contact us and we will help check with the carrier on your behalf.
