Proof of purchase
A valid Powerwill order confirmation, invoice, or other approved proof of purchase is required before a warranty request can be processed.
Warranty & Service
Powerwill products are built for demanding inspection work. This policy explains our one-year limited warranty, what is covered, what is excluded, and how to start a warranty claim through Powerwill Support.
Last updated: June 5, 2026
Section 01
Powerwill products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, Powerwill may repair defective parts, replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished unit, or refund the current fair market value if repair or replacement is not practical.
To maintain coverage, use the product according to the operating, safety, and maintenance instructions supplied with the product. Keep records and contact support if a defect appears during normal use.
Section 02
A valid Powerwill order confirmation, invoice, or other approved proof of purchase is required before a warranty request can be processed.
The warranty may be void if the camera head, cable reel, control unit, or any system component is disassembled, modified, or repaired without authorization.
Warranty returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number from Powerwill Support. Shipments sent without an RA number may be refused.
Section 03
Describe the issue and request a Return Authorization number before shipping the unit.
Include proof of purchase, the RA number, and a clear description of the problem.
Ship the unit prepaid to the Texas Service Center address provided below.
Powerwill reviews the claim and determines repair, replacement, refund, or other next steps.
Section 04
Damage caused by improper operation, storage, maintenance, accidents, neglect, misuse, environmental exposure, flooding, corrosion, or extreme temperatures is not covered.
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, disassembly, or third-party accessories is excluded from warranty coverage.
Consumables and wear items such as camera lenses, O-rings, seals, push rods, guide rollers, batteries, display screens, scratches, dents, abrasions, and other cosmetic wear are not covered.
Section 05
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Powerwill's liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product. Powerwill is not responsible for loss of income, project delays, job-site downtime, damage to other equipment or property, or incidental or consequential damages arising from product failure.
