Every Powerwill product comes with a hassle-free warranty. You can find the warranty period for your specific model in the product documentation included in the box, or by contacting our support team using the form below.
If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, please complete the Warranty Request Form below and provide detailed information about the issue. Including your product’s model, serial number, purchase date, and clear photos or videos of the problem will help us resolve your case faster.

How to File a Warranty Claim
To start a warranty claim:
1. Contact PowerWill Support to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Prepare your shipment including:
o The original purchase invoice.
o Your RA number.
o A detailed description of the problem.
3. Ship the prepaid unit to:
