Are the camera heads interchangeable?
The cameras of each model are used together and cannot be used interchangeably. If your camera is broken and you don't know which model it is, please contact the customer service email to purchase the correct camera.
Should I use the camera head to clean the drain?
In any case, POWERWILL recommends that you don't try to clean the drain with a camera, as the pipe camera is only a detection tool and not a repair tool. Cameras are expensive and sensitive technology. Using it to clear drains is risky and may damage the camera, which is not covered by your 1-year warranty.
Can POWERWILL cameras be located?

Is the camera color or black and white?
Black and white cameras are obsolete. All SANYIPACE cameras are in color. There are 7-inch, 9-inch and 10-inch screens to choose from.
How many leds will it included in the camera?
POWERWILL is equipped with 12 LED cameras with adjustable brightness.
Can this endoscope borescope take pictures? how to transfer to another device?
yes, it can take clear pictures and video,to save pictures and videos on included sd card, then transfer contents of sd card to other device.
Why is my screen showing "NO SIGNAL"?
When the screen shows "NO SINGNAL", it is usually because the camera is not screwed. If the problem persists after twisting repeatedly, please contact customer service: support@powerwill.com

Which countries can sewer cameras be shipped to?
We have warehouses in the US and free shipping is available in all these countries, including EU countries. Shipping to other countries is also possible, but a shipping fee will be charged based on the weight. Please check the shipping policy for details.
How long does it take for the package to be delivered?
We will ship according to the nearest warehouse, usually 3-7 working days can be delivered.

Why is the tracking number invalid?
