Sewer Camera

Sewer camera works great, has excellent picture, very flexible and easy to feed through the drains up to a certain length then cannot push through anymore (pvc pipe) would recommend this purchase, although I bout the rigid locator and haven’t quite yet figured out how the locator works, just fyi I’ve used several Rigid and General sewer cameras and locators. Update I finally found out how to use the rigid scout locator with it but its difficult to locate just fyi

Gets the job done.

Works good for what I needed. I did have an issue where the camera cut out after a few hours of use, but I emailed their tech support and they provided some quick troubleshooting steps to narrow the problem down to a bad camera head, after which they mailed me a replacement camera head that's been working fine. There are a few ergonomic issues: - Clipping the little leash thing on to secure the reel from spinning when not in use is awkward and it winds up in my way when in use sometimes. - The position that seems to make the most sense to use the unit in is standing upright, because if the reel is sitting horizontally, the direction the cable feeds out doesn't really work with the orientation of the screen and you can't see what you're doing very well. You can flip the image on the screen so it looks correct when looking *down* at the screen... but then all the accessories fall out of the storage box (onto the screen) because there's no internal lid or divider to keep them in place. But if you remove all the accessories and then tip it up and use it in this manner, it works pretty great. As far as the other features go, the auto-leveling head works great, the field of view is very good, and the LEDs are very bright.

Comes in handy when your in a bind!

This is a great camera. Easy hook up and buttons are self explanatory for navigating. Image is a little grainy but does the job. Unit itself is compact for storing. We selected this camera and were unsure about keeping it but it is functional and useful when we really needed it so we are keeping it. Also, it was the most affordable for the quality that we found.
