This POWERWILL® October Product Review Giveaway 2025 (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by POWERWILL [e.g., Industrial Tool/Equipment/Relevant Industry] Co., 10606 Hempstead Rd, Houston, TX 77092, United States (“Sponsor”). The entry period is from October 1, 2025, at 8:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) through September 30, 2025 at 11:59:59 pm ET (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official Giveaway timekeeper. By entering this Giveaway, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and legally binding in all respects.
Each entrant understands that they are providing their information to Sponsor, and the information provided will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy (https://www.powerwill.com/privacy-policy — please replace with POWERWILL’s official privacy policy link). Should there be a conflict between Sponsor’s privacy policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern. Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's entry in this Giveaway will be collected by Sponsor or its designee and used by Sponsor and/or its designees for purposes of the proper administration, fulfillment, publicizing, and promotion of this Giveaway (as described in these Official Rules), as stated in Sponsor’s privacy policy, or as otherwise expressly consented to by the entrant during any separate opt-in opportunity provided during this Giveaway. If an entrant does not fully agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, such entrant should not enter this Giveaway.
Limit of five (5) Entries per person; one (1) Winner to be declared; and one (1) Prize to be awarded. Subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
1. ELIGIBILITY
This Giveaway is open only to persons who are legal residents of the contiguous United States, ages 18 and older. Employees, their immediate families (spouse, domestic partner, children, siblings, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, and step-family members), and/or people living in the same household (related or not) of Sponsor, POWERWILL [Parent Company Name, if applicable], or [Third-Party Partners, e.g., review management firms, if applicable], their affiliates (individually and collectively, “Giveaway Entities”) are not eligible to enter.
2. HOW TO ENTER
During the Entry Period, you must complete the following to enter this Giveaway (referred to as the “Product Review Entry Method”):
- Go to https://www.powerwill.com/ (the “Website” — please replace with POWERWILL’s official website);
- On the Website, visit the page of a POWERWILL product that you (the entrant) own and would like to review;
- Provide your product review as required (e.g., complete all mandatory fields, share genuine usage feedback); and
- Check the box to enter this Giveaway.
Review Requirements & Disqualification Criteria
Product reviews must comply with POWERWILL’s Customer Ratings and Reviews Terms of Use and these Official Rules, be in English, and truthful in all respects about your (entrant’s) use of the POWERWILL product.
ANY entry that:
- Promotes reckless or unsafe behavior with a POWERWILL product;
- Does not comply with POWERWILL product operating instructions;
- Contains inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory language;
- Disparages the POWERWILL brand;
- Violates any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights;
- Includes comments about competitive products and/or pricing;
will be REMOVED FROM THE WEBSITE AND DISQUALIFIED from this Giveaway (in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion).
Additional Entry Rules
- Each valid product review (submitted per Section 2) counts as one (1) “Entry.”
- Limit of five (5) Entries per person. If an entrant submits more than five entries, only the first five valid Entries will be considered; all others will be voided.
- Entries must reflect the entrant’s personal experience and cannot contain objectionable content (Sponsor’s sole discretion).
- By entering, each entrant warrants that their Entry is original, they own all rights to it, and it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. Entrants hereby assign all ownership rights of their Entries to Sponsor.
- Entries cannot be edited or changed after submission. Sponsor reserves the right to remove any Entry at its sole discretion.
- All Entries become the property of Sponsor, will not be returned, and may not be acknowledged.
- Entries made by automated tools (scripts, macros), commercial giveaway services, or third parties on behalf of an entrant are invalid and disqualified.
- Tampering with the entry process or Giveaway operation is prohibited; such Entries will be voided.
- Incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible Entries (e.g., due to computer/network malfunction) are void and not accepted.
- In case of a dispute over entrant identity, the “Authorized Account Holder” (the person assigned to the email address used to enter) will be deemed the entrant.
- Forged, falsified, or altered Entries are disqualified.
3. RANDOM DRAWING
The random drawing will be held on or about October 1, 2025. The one (1) Entry selected will be declared the potential “Winner.” Entrants are not required to be present to win.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid Entries received.
AN ENTRANT IS NOT THE OFFICIAL WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN ADVISED BY SPONSOR THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
4. NOTIFICATION / PRIZE ACCEPTANCE
- The potential Winner will be notified via email by Sponsor within five (5) days of the drawing (“First Notification Attempt”). Sponsor may send one follow-up notification within five (5) days of the First Notification Attempt.
- The potential Winner must accept the prize by returning a completed, personally signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release to Sponsor within five (5) business days of the First Notification Attempt. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
- Sponsor is not liable for notifications not received (e.g., due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses) or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed.
- If the potential Winner is ineligible, fails to comply with these Rules, or declines the prize, they will be disqualified. Sponsor may (but is not required to) select an alternate potential Winner from remaining valid Entries.

Prize Terms

The $50 USD POWERWILL Voucher is non-assignable, non-transferable, and has no cash or credit value.

Total ARV of all prizes is $50.00 (Sponsor’s good faith determination, final and non-appealable). The $50 USD POWERWILL Voucher can be used to purchase any product on POWERWILL’s official website (https://www.powerwill.com/).
- Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value (sole discretion).
- The Winner will receive the voucher within up to eight (3) days of being declared the official Winner. Recwive method (email or standard mail) will be determined by Sponsor.
- The voucher is subject to additional terms and conditions as specified by POWERWILL.
- All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
6. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Acceptance of the prize constitutes the Winner’s permission for Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, photograph, video, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements/testimonials, prize details, and city/state of residence (collectively, “Attributes”) for advertising and publicity purposes worldwide, in all media (now known or hereafter devised), in perpetuity, without further compensation or authorization (except where prohibited by law). The Winner releases Sponsor from all claims arising from the use of such Attributes.
7. ENTRY CONDITIONS AND RELEASES
By entering this Giveaway, each entrant agrees (for themselves and their heirs, executors, etc.) to:
A. Release, hold harmless, and indemnify the “Released Parties” (Giveaway Entities, prize suppliers, and their past/present officers, directors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents) from any claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, or losses (including but not limited to invasion of privacy, defamation, copyright infringement, property damage) arising from:
- The entrant’s participation in the Giveaway;
- Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
B. Release Released Parties from claims arising from:
- Lost, late, incomplete, or corrupted Entries;
- Technical failures (e.g., computer/network malfunctions, internet congestion);
- Unauthorized human intervention or errors in Giveaway administration;
- Injury/damage to persons/property (e.g., entrant’s computer) from entry or prize use;
- Theft, tampering, or unauthorized access to Entries.
Sponsor is not liable for typographical/electronic errors in Rules, promotional materials, prize depiction, or Winner announcements.
8. RELEASE OF CLAIMS (CALIFORNIA)
Each entrant acknowledges that unknown facts or claims may arise after entering. By agreeing to these Rules, entrants assume the risk of such unknown facts/claims. Entrants acknowledge having read Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, which states:
“A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”
9. DISQUALIFICATION/FORCE MAJEURE
Sponsor may modify, extend, or terminate the Giveaway if:
- Technical issues, fraud, or malfunctions undermine its integrity;
- A “Force Majeure” event occurs (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, labor strike, government order, public health crisis) beyond Sponsor’s control.
If terminated early, Sponsor will (if possible) select potential Winners from valid Entries received before the termination event. This drawing is the entrant’s sole remedy in such cases.
10. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that:
- All disputes arising from the Giveaway will be resolved individually (no class actions);
- Claims/judgments are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs (no attorneys’ fees);
- Entrant waives rights to indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages (only actual expenses are recoverable).
These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland (without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply other jurisdictions).
