Great sewer camera on a budget
My husband started a plumbing business a little over a year ago and was being asked to do sewer scopes but we didn't have the equipment or money to invest in an expensive one. We decided to take a chance on this one and have zero regrets. He has used it several times and has made his money back already. The picture quality is actually really good and not grainy. Takes clear photos. The hose/camera glides easily yhrpugh obstacles and rolls back up nicely. The camera end of the hose has a bright light which really helps the camera pick up a clear picture. The 2 cases connect so it's all one cohesive unit. He really likes that it doesn't take up a ton of space. It also lets you know you're depth which is nice. If you're looking for an inexpensive but good quality sewer camera you should really consider this one. It gets the job done! Easy to use and durable!

Good quality camera for the price!
I thought that the image quality was very good, and the camera managed to keep orientation throughout use. The lighting is bright and works well. We ran it through a 4" waste line without issue. It will have issues with major twists and turns, but it does well through most straight runs. We also ran it through a 2" pipe without issue. Overall, the features are quite nice. I did think that the locater could use a little bit of help as it is very simply built and kind of cheap feeling. The main unit is a great addition to our tool set!

My Review After 6–7 Months of Use
I’ve been using this camera a couple times a week for the past several months, and here’s my honest take: Pros: • When it works, it works great. • Video quality and audio recording are solid. • Cable feels durable and thick. • Locator function works well. • Customer support isn’t available by phone, but email support has been responsive. Cons: • Requires an adapter for the SD card. • Camera heads are very sensitive — you’ll likely need multiple replacements. $300 a pop • The battery no longer holds a charge and now requires constant external power, which can be inconvenient. Summary: Compared to a Rigid camera, this one is obviously much cheaper, and it does get the job done. I’ve definitely made good money using it. However, durability is a big drawback. I’ve replaced six camera heads already, and some of the replacement heads they shipped me were defective. Tech support admitted they had a bad batch, and to their credit, they did replace my entire camera system when I pushed back. Still, at this point I need to buy more heads, and it’s becoming costly. On top of that, the battery won’t hold a charge anymore — the camera only runs when plugged into an extension cord. That limits flexibility on certain jobs. Bottom line: you get what you pay for. If you need a budget option that works and are okay with ongoing maintenance costs, this will do. But if you want something built to last like a Rigid, this isn’t it.
